| A deposit of £100 is required on booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before
departure. A refundable breakages deposit of £50 is also payable when the final
payment becomes due.
All rental rates are inclusive of linen, towels, heating, electricity and cleaning
on departure. There is an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tennis racquets for
your use.
Out of season, long weekends, and stays of less than a week are negotiable by
arrangement.
